We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Behavior Therapist. This position starts as a part-time position but can lead to a full-time position with benefits.
*This position offers a $200.00 sign-on bonus for individuals with a valid 40-Hour RBT Training Certificate or a $500.00 sign-on bonus to individuals with an RBT Certification in good standing.
We are currently hiring for the following areas:
- St Louis, MO (North, South and Central areas)
- Union, MO
- Warrenton, MO
- Farmington, MO
- Implement all clinical programs as assigned by the behavior analyst
- Create program materials when necessary
- Collect data for all reduction and acquisition behaviors
- Graph all reduction and acquisition data
- Train parents on behavioral protocol and model procedures when necessary
- Submit written documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines
- Attend therapist trainings
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificate in good standing OR willingness to complete the certification requirements at the expense of ABA Squad
- Experience working with children
- Valid driver?s license and personal auto insurance
- Ability to operate computers, electronic devices, office machinery and other devices associated with clinical treatment
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
