The Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products and services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer requests via email, live chats, on-screen shares, and video conferencing
  • Collaborating with the global team of Support Professionals to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support experiences
  • Demonstrating an empathetic mindset towards customers' goals and communicating the value of arenaflex's products effectively in direct interactions
  • Troubleshooting common user computer issues across various operating systems, including Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, ChromeOS, and Linux
  • Automating tasks using tools like Zapier or writing browser scripts in JavaScript
  • Maintaining an organized workplace with a modern computer setup suitable for professional presentations

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer support, specifically in SaaS support roles
  • Experience troubleshooting common user computer issues
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other programming languages
  • Experience with various operating systems, including Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, ChromeOS, and Linux
  • Strong written communication skills and an empathetic mindset

Nice-to-Haves

While not essential, experience with automation tools like Zapier and familiarity with JavaScript for writing browser scripts are highly desirable.
