The Role

As an Experienced Customer Service Healthcare Representative, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of healthcare-related inquiries from our clients' customers. This will include, but not be limited to:

  • Detailed reviews and change requests on member insurance plans
  • Healthcare screening or appointment scheduling
  • Assisting members with finding a primary care physician in their network
  • Handling inbound calls and outbound campaigns to inform customers about changes that may affect them

You will be working in a remote setting, providing exceptional service to our clients' customers while making a real-life difference in their lives. Your ability to empathize, communicate effectively, and navigate multiple systems will be essential in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

What We Expect

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • The ability to type 30 words per minute
  • Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency to navigate multiple systems while communicating with customers
  • Open availability between 7am-2am EST, 7 days a week
  • A competitive salary starting at $13/hr in training, with pay rates varying by program fit during selection consideration

What You'll Need for Remote Work

To work from home, you will need:

  • To reside in Florida
  • A PC or laptop running Windows 10 operating system (NO Mac, Chromebook, Tablet, or Smartphone)
  • High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 6 Mbps
  • Ability to connect directly to the internet service provider modem with an Ethernet cable (WIFI is not acceptable)
  • 2 dedicated computer monitors minimum 13 inches or larger
  • A VoIP USB Headset with microphone and a Web Cam for Training
  • Dedicated workspace in your home that is free of background noise and distractions
  • Additional equipment specifications will be tested during the interview process
