Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. This is a full-time remote position, with opportunities for growth and development within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

  • Learn and understand ETM software operation, as well as billing and account operations
  • Answer and document all telephone inquiries, providing clear and concise communication
  • Research and resolve problems with patients' bills, updating their insurance coverage as needed
  • Print courtesy claims and itemized statements, rebilling accounts after receiving insurance information
  • Arrange financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed
  • Perform other duties and assignments as requested by management

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Understanding and familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment
  • Ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) required
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in retail and restaurant service is strongly encouraged to apply

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an asset
