Job Description

As a Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) Developer at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission. You'll work closely with our development team and operational staff to migrate development codes to various environments within the CC&B application. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing codes, designing, developing, modifying, debugging, and evaluating business applications/programs within the IT Meter to Cash Customer Billing framework.

Key Responsibilities:

* Migrate development codes to various environments within the CC&B application

  • Analyze codes, design, develop, modify, debug, and evaluate business applications/programs within the IT Meter to Cash Customer Billing framework
  • Collaborate with developers and operational team members to ensure seamless code migration and application development
  • Utilize strong technical and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Develop and maintain clear, concise documentation of code changes and application updates
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code development
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CC&B application development

Essential Qualifications:

* Minimum of 3 years of experience with SQL, Excel, Word, Microsoft Access, and XML

  • Strong business/technical analytical and organizational skills
  • Basic level of interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively in a dynamic team environment
  • Strong Relational Database experience for configuration and migration
  • Working knowledge of CC&B (Customer Care and Billing) application
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with HTML and JavaScript

  • Advanced level of interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills
  • Proven track record of successful code migration and application development
