Responsibilities and Duties
As a Chat Brand Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing expert advice and support to customers on taylormadegolf.com. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Being brand passionate – sharing your love and expertise for the game and brand!
- Using primarily TaylorMade golf equipment
- Communicating with customers at a professional level
- Familiarity with the TaylorMadeGolf site and any related media/searches
- Comparing and analyzing competitor products
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats at once
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of golf experience
- 2+ years of club fitting experience
- In-depth knowledge of current and past TaylorMade products
- Familiarity with similar products from other brands
- Ability to communicate and assist golfers on all TaylorMade products (enthusiast to pro level)
- Strong typing skills (at least 35 wpm) and ability to communicate clearly

Compensation and Perks
As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you'll enjoy:
- Performance-based rewards redeemable for product and/or gift cards
- Chat interactions paid out weekly on an hourly basis of $15

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
