Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Specialist to join our team in a hybrid remote work arrangement. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various social media channels. Key Responsibilities and Obligations

* Provide exceptional customer support through various social media channels, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and more

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
  • Work collaboratively with the customer support team to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a social media environment

  • Strong knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as communications, marketing, or business

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools and platforms
  • Experience with content creation and management
