Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Interact with customers in a courteous, efficient, pleasant, and expert manner, resolving issues and exceeding expectations.
  • Promoting and Selling Air Travel: Promote and sell air travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Supporting Passenger Check-in and Load Acceptance: Provide assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Interpreting Authority's Guidelines and Requirements: Interpret authority's guidelines and requirements for domestic and international travel or shipment shipments.
  • Meeting and Dispatching Planes: Meet and dispatch planes within set-up times, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
  • Providing Assistance to Troubled Passengers and Customers: Provide assistance to troubled passengers and customers, resolving issues and exceeding expectations.
  • Protecting Business Assets and Revenue: Protect business assets and revenue, ensuring the integrity of our operations.
  • Providing a Safe Journey: Ensure a safe journey for all passengers, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Possessing Physical Capabilities and Dexterity: Possess the physical capabilities and dexterity to perform various job-associated duties, including operating motorized equipment.
  • Using Organizational Skills: Use organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited timeframe, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Being Self-Motivated and Requiring Minimum Supervision: Be self-motivated and require minimum supervision, working independently and making decisions with minimal guidance.
  • Responding and Assisting in Safety and Emergency Situations: Respond and assist in safety and emergency situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of all passengers and staff.
  • Following Internal/External Regulations and Procedures: Follow internal and external regulations and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to industry standards.
  • Performing Passenger Operation Control Capabilities: Perform passenger operation control capabilities, including air-to-ground communication and tower operations.

All You'll Need for Success

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum Qualifications: High school degree or GED, with a strong command of the English language (read, write, fluently speak, and recognize).
  • Bilingual Language Abilities: Bilingual language abilities are required in some locations.
  • Applicable Driver's License: Applicable valid driver's license as required by local authorities.
  • FAA Background Checks: Must satisfy FAA background checks to qualify for unescorted admission to privileges to airport security identity show areas (SIDA), if applicable.
  • Airport Authority and/or US Customs Safety Badges: Must be able to obtain stable suitable airport authority and/or US Customs safety badges, if applicable.
  • Ability to Work Abnormal and/or Prolonged Hours: Ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Reliability and Punctuality: Must be able to work on a regular and timely basis.
