Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative - Office/Remote, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming customer phone calls and responding to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Managing and resolving customer complaints and inquiries efficiently
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries
  • Processing customer orders, quotes, and returns accurately
  • Providing administrative support including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and experience
  • Assisting with various customer service projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends, if needed
