Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative on our Remote Support Team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Assisting customers with order placement, product information, account inquiries, and general inquiries
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-contact resolution
