Your Role as a Remote Chat Assistant

As a Remote Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat, providing information, sales links, and discounts to enhance their experience and satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on products or services
  • Providing information and support to customers through live chat, email, or phone (if required)
  • Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by being responsive, empathetic, and knowledgeable

Position Details

* Rate: $35 per hour

  • Work Hours: 5-40 hours per week, based on your availability

Requirements

* Access to a computer or mobile device with internet connectivity for using social media and website chat features

  • Ability to work autonomously, following instructions closely and maintaining availability for at least 5 hours weekly
