Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team and drive business results. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team of customer service representatives, driving business results, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading a high-performing team of customer service representatives, driving business results, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with our leadership team to develop and implement business plans and strategies
  • Managing and developing a team of customer service representatives, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management
  • Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Managing and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and cloud application development

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 4+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in customer service or a similar elite performance functional group
  • 3+ years of experience building teams and employee development plans
  • Proven experience driving projects to improve support-related processes
  • Strong relational, verbal (talking, listening, translation), and written communication skills in both English and Turkish
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as software engineering, science, or business

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, high-speed workplace

  • Experience with AWS technologies
  • Capability in MS Office, with advanced success and reporting skills
  • Four-year college education in a related field, such as software engineering, science, or business
