Job Summary
As an Online Customer Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch customer support to our clients. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service through various communication channels. Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate and timely solutions to their concerns
- Create and manage service tickets, scheduling appointments and ensuring seamless communication with customers
- Review customer account information to provide personalized support and resolve issues efficiently
- Perform outbound calls with existing customers to promote products, services, and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications
* Strong English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Excellent email handling skills, with the ability to manage multiple emails and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong customer service focus, with the ability to empathize with customers and prioritize their needs
- Ability to multi-task, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid sales acumen, with a determination to succeed and a personal accountability for results
- Minimum typing skills of 30 words per minute, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Contact Center background preferred, with experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required
