Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You'll be responsible for preparing, sorting, and interpreting data, as well as maintaining current tracking systems and updating existing systems to meet future requirements. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Preparing, sorting, and interpreting data in an organized manner to ensure efficient data entry

• Closing Batch Tickets for both locations (Pembroke & Tower)
• Reading and understanding product formulas, building sheets, and bill of materials
• Understanding units of measure and the significance of accurate reporting and data entry
• Clarifying missing information by contacting document authors
• Maintaining current tracking systems and updating existing systems to meet future requirements
• Understanding and adhering to Quality Systems, including SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices
• Adhering to PPE requirements as required
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

* Bilingual English/Spanish (reading/writing/speaking) is required

• Associate degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
• Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience effectively managing data entry processes for a load of at least 30-50 open positions at any given time
• Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience in manufacturing

• Experience with data management software and systems
• Knowledge of Quality Systems, including SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices
