Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be the face of our customer service team, interacting with customers in a kind and beneficial manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty. You'll work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve customer issues, navigate challenges with a safety mentality, and maintain a positive attitude in the face of adversity.

Qualifications
* Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Age: Minimum of 18 years old.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
- Physical Ability: Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage.
- Security Clearance: Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging.
- Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Attendance: Ability to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.
