Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative for our Walmart Reseller Chat Support program, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to Walmart customers through chat and email channels. You will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their issues are resolved to their satisfaction. Responsibilities
