Job Overview
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist (Clerk) at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our healthcare clients by reviewing extensive medical evaluations for accuracy, accurately inputting data into our existing database, and collaborating with internal team members to ensure data integrity and completeness. You'll also be responsible for upholding stringent confidentiality when managing sensitive information, interpreting medical terminology and shorthand within evaluations, and executing data entry tasks utilizing Microsoft tools, including Microsoft Dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
* Review extensive medical evaluations for accuracy, ensuring that all data is complete and up-to-date
- Accurately input data into our existing database with attention to detail, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and precision
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure data integrity and completeness, providing regular updates and feedback
- Uphold stringent confidentiality when managing sensitive information, adhering to arenaflex's confidentiality policies and procedures
- Interpret medical terminology and shorthand within evaluations, ensuring that all data is accurately captured and recorded
- Execute data entry tasks utilizing Microsoft tools, including Microsoft Dynamics, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
Required Skills
* Strong familiarity with medical terminology and shorthand is highly preferred
