Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service-Payment Collection Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for making outbound (some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collection issues. You will work closely with your managers to receive feedback and guidance on how to improve your performance. Responsibilities
* Make outbound (some inbound) phone calls to customers to assist with payment collection issues
- Provide customers with knowledgeable answers and solutions to resolve their issues
- Keep in touch with managers for feedback and guidance on improving performance
- Utilize scripted customer feedback to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
- Maintain accurate customer notes and records
Requirements
* Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote work environment
- Access to a quiet and dedicated workspace with reliable internet connection
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to quickly and accurately type customer notes on a standard keyboard
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
