Job Summary

As a Customs Trade Coordinator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customs documentation, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure seamless communication and coordination. This is a remote data entry position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide excellent customer service to internal teams, external partners, and clients

  • Process customs documentation, including import and export shipments, with accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including customs laws and regulations
  • Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Process organization financier shipments and may handle distant filings
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments and documentation
  • Collaborate with other departments, divisions, and teams to achieve business objectives
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, logistics, international trade)

  • Minimum of 6 months of work experience in a related field (e.g., data entry, customer service, logistics)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Viewpoint, and other relevant software applications
  • Ability to handle high volumes of work and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
