Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches, proposing new alternatives to identify candidates, and managing job postings on various job portals. This is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area
- Manage the notices in the different job portals with which we work and evaluate the candidates that apply to them
- Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open
Essential Qualifications:
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team
- Marked attention to detail in daily work
- 1+ previous work experience (is a plus)
- Advanced English level
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in data entry or a related field
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills and Competencies:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Familiarity with data entry software and tools
