About the Role

We're searching for a Senior Lead Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a critical role in driving success by providing exceptional data entry services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a consultant to management to develop or influence analytical techniques for complex business and technical needs
  • Strategically engaging, developing, and maintaining strong working relationships with business partners, stakeholders, and all levels of experts throughout the organization
  • Leading method and decision-making for complex and precise challenges, and providing solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, innovation, and coordination of complex activities, including but not limited to Business Intelligence and self-service solutions
  • Providing vision, direction, and information to senior management on implementing revolutionary and large-scale business solutions that align with the organization
  • Leading important initiatives, teams, and/or mentoring or controlling less experienced staff, interns, and outside contractors

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement data entry processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency

  • Analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends and patterns
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business solutions
  • Lead and manage projects to ensure timely and successful completion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

* 7+ years of experience in Analytics, Reporting, Financial Modeling, or Statistics, or equally proven through work experience, training, military experience, or education

  • Strong analytical and technical skills to investigate complex data while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to research, analyze, and present complex data to various audiences
  • Strong mission control skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Experience working with multiple database systems, including Oracle, DB2, and Teradata

Desired Qualifications:

* Advanced degree skills in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), SAS, Python, SQL Server development using Management Studio, Integration Services, Reporting Services, and Analysis Services

  • Experience working in Financial Services with an emphasis on Consumer Lending, including Collections, Servicing, Small Business Lending, Credit Card, Retail Services, Personal Lending, and Deposit products
  • Excellent presentation skills to relate a story customized to audiences with various backgrounds through BI and other mediums supported by strong analytics and data
  • Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity
  • Strong analytical and technical skills to investigate complex data while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience growing partnerships and collaborating with other businesses and functional areas
  • Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities, and implement change or suggest solutions
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are essential

Pay Range:

* $45 - $65 hourly
