Job Summary

We're seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, communicating directly with customers, consumers, and respondents to ensure a seamless verification process. Your role will involve active listening, reading, and analyzing communications in detail to understand the "why" behind each request to deliver efficient and thoughtful solutions.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

  • Independently resolving a high volume of inbound tickets across phone, email, and chat channels, meeting SLAs while delivering exceptional service.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing clear, actionable solutions to customers.
  • Conducting proactive customer outreach initiatives to minimize recurring issues and improve overall satisfaction.
  • Navigating multiple systems simultaneously to maintain a reliable and efficient workflow, taking full ownership of your results.
  • Adhering to internal procedures to ensure exceptional customer service and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams and customers, gathering and sharing all necessary information to support arenaflex platform users.
  • Escalating ambiguous issues to the appropriate teams for timely resolution.
  • Continuously improving the income and employment verification process by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting improvements.

Work Schedule and Environment

This is a part-time position, requiring a commitment of 5-6 hours per day, Monday through Friday, within the 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time window. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a reliable high-speed internet connection required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • At least 2 years of experience providing technical support in a high-volume call center or similar environment.
  • A commitment to delivering a world-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
  • Excellent self-management skills, consistently meeting deadlines and producing high-quality work.
  • The ability to navigate through multiple systems using a simple set of instructions.
  • A strong attention to detail, with a focus on organization, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to stay resilient and maintain composure under pressure.
  • A strong work ethic and motivation to succeed.
  • Prior experience working in a startup or similar environment is a plus.
  • Spanish language fluency is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working with sensitive personal data and a strong understanding of security protocols.
  • A background in customer support, with a focus on technical issues and problem-solving.

Compensation and Benefits
