Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Amazon Customer Service Representative – Work From Home, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Responsibilities

* Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials

• Guide customers through the ordering procedure online
• Address and resolve post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping
• Utilize a range of software tools to address client inquiries
• Assist customers with both domestic and international concerns by working with outside shipping contractors

Essential Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

• A base pay range of $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $53,600/year in our highest geographic market
• Equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package
