Senior Clinical Training Specialist (Remote, ACT, AU)

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide training support to clinics and internal staff on the range of skincare products within the Aesthetic Skin business unit. The Clinical Training Specialist is also responsible for the development of training materials (internal and external training modules); supporting Marketing in product launches; building and managing productive client relationships, driving additional / supplementary sales and provision of outstanding customer service. This role will be an integral partner with the Sales and Marketing team regarding the supply of comprehensive clinic and practice support programs.

Training: Development of training materials: • Develop and review product training materials for internal staff and clinics • Work in partnership with marketing staff, regulatory and medical staff in creating materials Provision of training on aesthetic products to clinics: • Provide training on skincare product range including comparison to competitor products, application, patient management • Provide training to clinics on sales skills including cross selling, stock management, marketing activities • Assist clinics when conducting consumer events Provision of training to internal sales staff: • Provide regular staff trainings • In-field training days

Planning • Conduct quarterly review of training performance v’s plan • Prepare and submit monthly reports

Expenditure Control • Manage expenses to agreed and set budget • Justify co-op spending for max. ROI

Communication and Other • Regular communication with Business Head and sales team members • Team networking – information for Marketing and other sectors as required

Territory Management • Research and market analysis of territory • Establishing need areas • Tactical diary and appointment planning. • Identify high potential accounts via internal research and networking

Knowledge and Skills (include experience and qualifications)  Tertiary qualifications in a science or related discipline (Essential)  Completion of ‘Train the Trainer’ course (Preferable)  Demonstrated skills in providing adult learning and coaching (Essential)  High quality and effective verbal and written communication skills (Essential)  Previous experience leading and managing teams and cross functional team leadership (Essential)  Previous territory and time management experience (Essential)  Demonstrated sales results and business acumen (Essential)  Demonstrated commercial and financial analysis ability (Essential)  Demonstrated people management experience (Essential)  Driver’s licences (Essential)  Demonstrated passion and understanding of the cosmetic business / industry (Essential) Competencies  Ability to communicate, negotiate and influence  Project Management  Strong business and commercial acumen  Strong networking and teamwork skills  Collaboration  Leadership and People Management  Financial Analysis  Strategic Thinking  Marketing Knowledge  Creativity & Innovation  Customer Focus  Communication Skills
