Position at Spiceworks The Opportunity:Spiceworks Ziff Davis is seeking an Account Director to drive revenue growth with technology advertisers across North America. As an Account Director, you will operate as a full-cycle sales professional, responsible for developing new business, expanding existing client relationships, and delivering integrated marketing solutions to help clients achieve their marketing objectives. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Executive Director, Sales. Key Responsibilities:Drive Revenue Growth- Manage and grow a portfolio of technology advertisers and agencies.
- Prospect new clients and identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop integrated marketing programs using the SWZD platform, including intent data, demand generation, content, research, and advertising solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to marketing leaders and agencies.
- Understand client objectives and develop tailored programs that deliver measurable results.
- resent strategic opportunities and drive long-term partnerships.
- Consistently build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting discipline within Salesforce.
- Work with internal teams, including marketing, operations, research, and product, to design and execute successful client programs.
- Partner with leadership to identify new market opportunities and refine our offerings.
- Stay informed on trends across marketing, advertising, technology, and demand generation.
- Bring insights back to the team to help strengthen client strategy and positioning.
Job Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience selling marketing, media, or demand generation solutions to technology advertisers or agencies.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Ability to develop new business and grow strategic accounts.
- Strong consultative selling and communication skills.
- Organized with a strong pipeline and activity management.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
