[Remote] Associate Collections Agent
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RemoteHunter is a company operating in the fintech industry, providing innovative financial automation tools. The Associate Collections Agent will be responsible for managing the collections lifecycle and implementing strategies to maximize revenue recovery for the Spend and Expense product.
Responsibilities
- Manage the collections lifecycle for the Spend and Expense product
- Conduct account-level reviews to determine effective client outreach strategies
- Execute plans to maximize revenue recovery
- Collaborate with team members to meet financial goals
- Adapt and train on new processes and procedures as needed
Skills
- 1-2+ years of direct collections experience, preferably in e-commerce, payments, financial services, or a similar industry
- Ability to learn, adapt, and train on new processes and procedures
- Strong logical and analytical skills with experience in data analysis and investigative techniques
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills to resolve conflicts and build relationships
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Knowledge of payment processing methods including ACH, check, digital wallet, international payments, virtual and credit cards
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Operations Management
