Staff Accountant, Accounts Receivable (Digital Marketing)
Fluent, Inc. is a commerce media solutions provider that connects brands with engaged consumers. The Staff Accountant will support the accounting team in building efficient financial processes and internal controls, primarily focusing on accounts receivable tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assists with customer invoicing process
- Prepares monthly general ledger & Intercompany journal entries
- Regularly maintains detailed and supported reconciliations of all assigned balance sheet accounts
- Assist with collection efforts
- Investigate & reconcile client accounts as needed
- Develops and maintains customer relationships as part of accounts receivable team
- Prepare documentation for internal and external auditors, as required
- Special projects as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 1+ years' experience in accounting or related field
- Relevant experience with the financial close process
- Proficient in Excel
- Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships throughout the company
- Experience with NetSuite or Oracle, a plus
