Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Work From Home Customer Product Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for conducting In-Home Usage Tests, documenting your experiences, and providing valuable feedback to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about products, services, and consumer behavior. Key Responsibilities

As a Work From Home Customer Product Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
• Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly
• Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
• Participating in private chat rooms that are opened by market research firms to discuss the product being tested
• Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
• Utilizing MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Ability to follow specific instructions
• Excellent attention to detail and curious spirit
• Ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
• Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
• Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
• Honesty and reliability
• Good communication skills (an asset)
• 18 years or older
