Key Responsibilities

As a Wholesale Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for:

• Extracting and compiling auction data into established Excel templates with precision and accuracy.
• Communicating auction data to internal teams for processing and posting, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
• Reviewing and validating posted data against original auction entries to guarantee accuracy and integrity.
• Detecting and rectifying discrepancies and complex errors found in data postings, demonstrating exceptional analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Partnering with the posting team to uphold data integrity, providing necessary feedback or updates to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
• Keeping systematic records of auction data, posting outcomes, and any amendments made, showcasing attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proposing process enhancements to improve the accuracy and efficiency of our data handling practices, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.

Required Skills
