Job Overview

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join our remote team, contributing to the fulfillment of pet ID tag orders for customers throughout the USA and Canada. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for accurately inputting engraving information from various order forms and emails, guaranteeing that every pet receives a personalized tag that meets their family's needs. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Operator, you'll be responsible for:

• Accurately inputting engraving information for pet ID tags from various order forms and emails, ensuring that every detail is precise and up-to-date.
• Reading and interpreting handwritten addresses from both the US and Canada with precision, adhering to our high standards of accuracy.
• Completing data entry tasks on Fridays (by 2 PM) and Mondays (by 5 PM) to facilitate timely order processing, allocating approximately 5 hours weekly across both days based on the volume of orders received.
• Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless order fulfillment, maintaining open communication, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Exceptional typing skills, achieving 12,000+ keystrokes per hour or 60-80 words per minute, ensuring a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding names, addresses, and engraving specifications, with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Familiarity with handwritten address interpretation from the US and Canada is highly preferred, but not required.
• Proven time management skills to consistently meet deadlines while working independently, prioritizing tasks, and managing your workload effectively.
