Program Overview

Our Tax Season Support Program is a 14-week initiative that runs from January 13th to April 15th, 2025. As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, chat, and email. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide guidance on tax-related topics. Your expertise and enthusiasm will make a significant impact on our customers' experiences, and we're excited to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional support to customers via phone, chat, and email
  • Resolving customer inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and provide guidance on tax-related topics
  • Maintaining a positive and empathetic tone in all customer interactions
  • Staying up-to-date on changes to our products and services, as well as tax laws and regulations
  • Meeting service level and contact per hour commitments
  • Working a minimum of 30 hours per week, with peak periods requiring additional hours
  • Participating in training and certification programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications
