Job Summary

As a Remote Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for managing inbound customer communications, providing expert guidance on product usage, and maintaining extensive product knowledge. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and develop effective solutions to address their pain points.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage inbound customer communications, including answering incoming emails and addressing customer questions, requests, and issues

  • Consult with customers on how to successfully leverage our products and services based on their unique needs
  • Maintain working product knowledge to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers
  • Track interactions in our CRM system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in supporting client success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
  • Passion for delighting customers with above-and-beyond service
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working with diverse customer bases and cultures
