Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service and Level 1 IT Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Addressing and resolving customer account and billing inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Assisting customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity and account access
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Schedule
We're flexible and understand that life can be unpredictable. Our part-time schedule is designed to fit around your needs, with the following hours:
- Weekdays: 5 PM – 10 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Weekends: 10 AM – 8 PM (Saturday and/or Sunday)
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Basic technical knowledge, including familiarity with internet and network troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a working computer at home
- A quiet, dedicated home workspace free of distractions
- Previous experience in customer service or IT support is a plus, but not required
