Responsibilities

As an Online Customer Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Answering inbound phone calls and responding to email inquiries with a high level of professionalism and empathy
• Performing outbound calls with existing customers to ensure their needs are met and exceed their expectations
• Creating service tickets and scheduling appointments accurately, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal teams
• Reviewing customer account information to provide personalized solutions and recommendations
• Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and escalating concerns when necessary
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide informed and accurate information to customers

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Strong English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
• Excellent email handling skills, with the ability to manage multiple inboxes and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong customer service focus, with the ability to empathize and prioritize customers' needs
• Ability to multi-task, juggle multiple conversations, and manage competing priorities
• Solid sales acumen, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Minimum typing skills of 30 words per minute, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
• Determination to succeed, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow
• Personal accountability, with a focus on taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities
• Contact Center background preferred, but not required
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not necessary
