About the Role

As an Experienced Full Stack Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the development of our contact center stage, working closely with our design, engineering, and data science teams to deliver a top-tier experience that empowers our customer support team to provide exceptional customer experiences. You will have the opportunity to wear multiple hats, collaborating with cross-functional groups to drive innovation and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide product management leadership to our contact center stage, including new feature adoption, feature enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with our internal tools through close collaboration with our external solution providers.

  • Assist in defining strategy, capture requirements, explain prioritization, identify conditions, moderate risks and barriers, deliver, and create a roadmap.
  • Collaborate with every CS functional group to better understand their vision and challenges and deliver the best possible solutions together.
  • Manage integrations and adoption of product features through close collaboration with our engineering and data science teams as well as external solution providers or consulting firms.
  • Grasp differences in support expectations in various regions around the world, and designer experience in like manner.
  • Extend product management responsibility to other tools as business needs present.
  • Embody the unique arenaflex culture.

What We're Looking For

* 5+ years of experience in product management for customer or internal-facing products.

  • Related experience focusing on Customer Support contact centers is an absolute necessity.
  • Related experience working with Contact Center Stage, CCaaS, CPaaS, or UCaaS whether external or in-house build is an absolute necessity.
  • Ability to make tough decisions informed by both data and judgment.
  • Deep focus on delivering an exceptional customer and support specialist experience.
  • Proven track record of executing projects that quantifiably improved customer and support specialist experiences.
  • Organizational leadership and influence without authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: great updates and presentations, a ability to build trust and create collaborative relationships across functions is critical
  • Ability to motivate, inspire, and lead architects and engineers.
  • Experience working on global products is also beneficial
