Role Overview

As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers in real-time through live chat, resolving their inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. You'll also proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions or products, collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support and assistance

  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions or products
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in live chat software and CRM systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred
