Job Overview

As a Customer Service and Benefits Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. You'll work closely with our sales and service teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and drive sales through personalized service. Key Responsibilities

* Sales Support: Assist with inbound customer inquiries, provide product information, and recommend solutions based on customer needs to drive sales

  • Customer Service: Provide timely, friendly, and professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads by engaging with potential customers and introducing them to our offerings
  • Product Knowledge: Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate benefits and solutions to customers
  • Order Processing: Assist with processing orders, tracking shipments, and following up on delivery status
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve sales goals, share feedback, and continuously improve customer experience
  • Record Keeping: Update and maintain accurate customer records and sales data using our CRM system

Qualifications

* High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a college degree being a plus

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
  • Self-Starter: A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong attention to detail are essential for success in this role
  • Comfortable Working Remotely: Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
  • Basic Computer Proficiency: Basic computer proficiency, including email, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities
