Responsibilities
As a Customer Training Professional at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in guiding our customers through the implementation process of our software solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, webcam, and internet to ensure a seamless implementation experience
- Communicating with customers to identify their business needs and configure our solutions to meet those needs
- Delivering comprehensive training to customers on the effective use of our software solutions in their day-to-day operations
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the implementation and training process
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert guidance and support to our customers
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- An Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in Finance, Accounting, or customer service is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers
- Automotive dealership experience is preferred but not required
