Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist - Remote, you'll be responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. You'll work closely with our process servers teams to ensure accurate documentation and facilitate the production process. Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise
• Complete additional projects as assigned
• Collaborate with process servers teams to ensure accurate documentation and facilitate the production process

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Desire and ability to be a team player
• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
