Job Summary

As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our operations by accurately and efficiently entering and retrieving information from various sources. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless data management, maintain high levels of quality and productivity, and contribute to our ongoing efforts to improve processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems

  • Transmit information or documents using a computer
  • Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print)
  • Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update records, files, reservations, and answer inquiries from guests
  • Verify information in documents or on computer screens, including text, printed forms, and lists for accuracy and completeness
  • Operate standard office equipment other than computers, such as telephone, typewriter, fax, photocopier, calculator, and electronic peripherals
  • Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Certification in data entry or a related field
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
