Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Agent to join our Remote Platform Operations team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex platform users, handling a variety of inquiries and issues related to the platform and payments, and ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

* Ticket Management: Efficiently manage incoming customer support tickets via email, phone, and chat, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.

  • Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to platform usage, payments, account management, and technical difficulties, striving to exceed customers' expectations.
  • Knowledge Base: Contribute to and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base to assist customers and improve support efficiency, ensuring that customers have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Strive to achieve a high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score by providing prompt, accurate, and helpful support, exceeding customers' expectations, and building strong relationships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (e.g., engineering, compliance, product) to address complex issues and ensure a seamless client and customer experience, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Process Improvement: Accurately log and track customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in arenaflex's customer support tools, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to process enhancements.
  • Escalation Management: Effectively escalate complex issues to senior support agents or management, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing customer impact.

Qualifications

* Previous Experience: Previous experience in a customer support or service role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and patience, enabling effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with customer support tools such as Intercom, Zendesk, or similar, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms quickly.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a customer-first approach, enabling effective resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

* Fintech Experience: Experience or knowledge in Fintech industries, with a strong understanding of payment compliance and regulations.

  • Payment Compliance Knowledge: Payment compliance knowledge or experience, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
