Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be the face of our organization, providing exceptional service to our patients and customers through phone, email, and chat interactions. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

• Provide empathetic and personalized service to patients and customers, addressing their concerns and needs
• Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary
• Document all interactions in real-time, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide solutions
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1 year of relevant customer service experience
• General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
• Reliable internet connectivity provided through a wired connection (mobile or hot spot environments are not acceptable)
• Ability to work in a virtual environment and communicate effectively with team members and customers

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a healthcare or customer service environment

• Knowledge of pharmacy benefits and services
• Certification in customer service or a related field
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
