We're seeking experienced and customer-focused individuals to join our team in Sioux Falls as full-time Customer Service Representatives. This role involves managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

Requirements
