Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced convenience store environment. You will be responsible for handling customer transactions, stocking merchandise, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and working collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable

• Handle customer transactions, including cash, credit card, and mobile payments
• Stock merchandise on sales floor and in coolers, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing
• Work collaboratively with other store employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including sweeping, mopping, and restocking supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Management, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and loss prevention

Physical Requirements

* Standing: 90%

• Lifting: up to 40# for stocking shelves, coolers, and back room
• Reaching: daily (above head – cigarette racks, storage shelves, etc.)
• Bending: daily (down and side to side)
• Pushing: brooms, mops, dolly on wheels daily
• Pulling: cart daily

Qualifications

* Outgoing and able to work pleasantly with the public

• Ability to work shifts, holidays, and weekends
• Honest and dependable
• Reliable transportation and phone communication
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in customer service or retail preferred

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve team goals
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
