Responsibilities:

As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to our customers
  • Delivering an exceptional support experience that meets or exceeds our customers' expectations
  • Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers, including those with diverse backgrounds and needs
  • Providing a memorable and delightful experience for our customers, every time
  • Working collaboratively with our team to resolve customer issues and improve our processes
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services

Location Requirements:

* Must live in the United States

  • Applicants residing within a 50-mile radius of our local sites may only be considered for onsite job openings
  • Must reside in one (1) of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, West Virginia, or Wyoming

Qualifications:

* Flexible to the needs of our business

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 18 years of age

Equipment and Internet Requirements:

* Must have a hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)

  • Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
  • A working phone line (home phone or mobile)
  • A home office that is a noise/distraction-free environment
  • A desk and an ergonomic chair
