Key Responsibilities:

As a Basic Data Entry Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately and efficiently processing data using various software applications
  • Maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy in your work
  • Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues via email and phone
  • Meeting deadlines and working independently with minimal supervision
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Ability to type accurately at a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
