Role Overview

As a Collections Customer Assistance Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers with escalated issues related to lease and retail accounts. You will investigate, analyze, and resolve complex problems, ensuring that customer issues are handled within specified timelines. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to provide seamless support to our customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform thorough follow-up and research tasks to ensure effective problem resolution

  • Handle phone calls and correspondence from customers with escalated issues
  • Ensure that customer issues, disputes, and inquiries are handled within specified timelines
  • Properly document account information and input data in the appropriate systems
  • Complete daily work activities to meet operational requirements and goals
  • Participate in coaching and development sessions to enhance individual performance and overall department/team performance
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

* 3-5 years of Collections experience

  • Automotive retail and/or lease experience a plus
  • High school graduate required; college degree preferred

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking, vision to monitor, and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.
