Experienced Airline Customer Service Representative – Hybrid Work Model

Key Responsibilities

As an Airline Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding service to our international airline clients at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL). Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to high-profile passengers
  • Partnering with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a safe and secure travel experience
  • Rotating through check-in counter, lobby area, departure gate, customs, arrivals, and other areas within the airport
  • Learning behind-the-scene workings of an international airport
  • Effectively navigating through various challenges and flight activities to ensure on-time performance
  • Making quick and rational decisions to resolve customer issues
  • Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Multi-tasking and carrying out duties in a dynamic environment

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • At least 18 years of age, high school graduate or G.E.D equivalent
  • Ability to obtain security clearance from US Customs and Border Protection, which requires valid proof of citizenship or authorized residency
  • English proficiency, with other languages a plus
  • Computer savvy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to unforeseen situations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including early morning, afternoon, and evening shifts

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates who have:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the aviation industry
  • Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and take on new challenges
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
