Job Summary

As a Full Stack Resource Insurance Program Supervisor, you will be a key member of our arenaflex Retail Resource Security team. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our customers and partners, while also identifying and exploiting emerging opportunities through data analysis and collaboration with our field and partner teams. You will be a trusted advisor, contributing your expertise and experience to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain guidelines for operational and business initiatives, while providing execution support

  • Improve processes and drive change in customer and partner experiences, while cultivating the development of new skills
  • Monitor the success of achievements related to security, safety, and risk within new store development projects
  • Act as the voice of arenaflex Retail Resource Security, collaborating with the broader arenaflex Global Health and Safety team, arenaflex Retail, and other key stakeholders on a case-by-case basis
  • Manage and maintain sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality
  • Work with store and corporate leadership teams to resolve health, safety, and security-related issues
  • Collaborate with data expert and reporting teams to develop reporting for both store and field management teams related to security, risk, inventory accuracy, and compliance
  • Responsible for following all company policies, maintaining satisfactory attendance, and adhering to all training and customer service guidelines

What You'll Need

* 2+ years of experience in retail resource security or security (required)

  • Ability to travel locally, up to 75% of the time (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in GBQ, Looker, and MS Office (desired)
  • Capability in inventory management, data analysis, and executing basic financial controls (required)
  • Knowledge of access control systems and CCTV systems is desired
  • Proven working knowledge of health and safety principles, best practices, policies, programs, and strategies, ideally in a retail environment (required)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and utilize time management skills (required)
  • Flexibility to support multiple structures across various movements that are dynamic and have changing business needs (required)
  • Strong reputation for integrity, trustworthiness, and exceptional skill, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality (required)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and influencing skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences and partner groups, including senior-level management (required)
  • Phenomenal analytical and organizational skills, with demonstrated expertise in theory-driven learning and transforming data into meaningful insights (required)
  • Sound business skills like critical thinking, and problem-solving skills (desired)
