Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend data pipelines, frontend interactive reports, and business intelligence automation for critical business decision support. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions. Your expertise will be essential in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and compare potential data sources from internal and external resources

  • Implement methods for obtaining and integrating data from various sources
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and accessibility
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions
  • Develop and implement algorithms for data analysis and modeling
  • Evaluate and select suitable software tools, frameworks, and technologies
  • Design and execute effective data visualization techniques for presenting complex data
  • Develop and implement powerful dashboards and reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful visualizations that inform business decisions
  • Plan and lead efforts to ensure data quality and integrity
  • Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures
  • Monitor data quality metrics and proactively identify and address issues
  • Conduct exploratory analyses to generate insights and identify patterns in data
  • Develop and implement statistical analyses and models
  • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field with 4 years of experience in analytics-related fields or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field with 2 years of experience in analytics-related fields

  • Six Sigma Certification (Green, Black) is a plus
  • Proficiency in SQL, GCP, Tableau, Dataiku
  • Strong exploratory data analysis skills and ability to make analytical, data-driven recommendations
  • Project management experience with end-to-end ownership of projects
  • Compelling, persuasive oral and written communication skills and ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and uncertainty, with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and tight deadlines
